Our training begins around helping our clients to access ‘hidden’ talent pools and the supply of diverse candidates at all levels. Moving on to unconscious bias to ensure we continue to be inclusive in all aspects of our work.

We have begun to collate data and analytics in order to continually assess and monitor our progress and make improvements where needed.
