Position Overview:

My client, an insurance organisation, based in London has an excellent opportunity for a M365 Development Lead.
Ideally you will have experience of leading a team of developers previously.
The role is largely a remote role with one day a fortnight in the office in London and comes with a great benefits package, as well as working a 35 hour week, so offers a great work life balance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
Design, code, and test M365-based solutions, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and others
Lead and mentor a development team to ensure high-quality solutions
Ensure M365 solutions are built to best practices and standards, and are secure and scalable
Stay current with new features and capabilities in the Microsoft 365 platform
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the M365 estate
Provide regular progress updates and reports to management
Line management of a team of developers
POC and POV solution development in collaboration with Architects and Azure team members using Azure and M365 technologies to demonstrate solutions that meet business requirements in accordance with business strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 development and implementation
Experience leading and mentoring development teams
The roles primary focus is around Sharepoint, One drive, Teams, Exchange, InTune must have experience migrating from on premise into M365 as well as experience in the following areas, design, configuration, migration, administration, troubleshooting, a understanding of cloud architecture, security and compliance for these applications
Possible line management and leading offshore and onshore team members
Nice to have is powerapps and power automate experience with some knowledge of powerBI
